We will file your insurance as a courtesy for you and wait for payment from them. All copays are due at the time of treatment. We are Preferred Providers for most major insurances in our area.

ABOUT DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental insurance is a benefit provided by many employers. If you have dental insurance, you can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement.
